(Mat 28:5-6 NASB) And the angel answered and said to the
women, "Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has
been crucified. 6 He is not here, for He has risen, just
as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying.
(Mat 27:51-53 NASB) And behold, the veil of the temple
was torn in two from top to bottom, and the earth shook; and the rocks were
split, 52 and the tombs were opened; and many bodies of the
saints who had fallen asleep were raised; 53 and coming out
of the tombs after His resurrection they entered the holy city and appeared
to many.
(Acts 2:24-27 NASB) And God raised Him up again, putting
an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held
in its power. 25 "For David says of Him, 'I WAS ALWAYS BEHOLDING
THE LORD IN MY PRESENCE; FOR HE IS AT MY RIGHT HAND, THAT I MAY NOT BE SHAKEN.
26 'THEREFORE MY HEART WAS GLAD AND MY TONGUE EXULTED; MOREOVER
MY FLESH ALSO WILL ABIDE IN HOPE; 27 BECAUSE THOU WILT NOT
ABANDON MY SOUL TO HADES, NOR ALLOW THY HOLY ONE TO UNDERGO DECAY."
(John 11:25-26 NASB) Jesus said to her, "I am the
resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me shall live even if he dies,
26 and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never
die. Do you believe this?
(1 Cor 15:21-23 NASB) For since by a man came death,
by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as
in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive.
23 But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after
that those who are Christ's at His coming,"
(Acts 24:14-16 NASB) But this I admit to you, that according
to the Way which they call a sect I do serve the God of our fathers, believing
everything that is in accordance with the Law, and that is written in the
Prophets; 15 having a hope in God, which these men cherish
themselves, that there shall certainly be a resurrection of both the righteous
and the wicked. 16 "In view of this, I also do my best to
maintain always a blameless conscience both before God and before men."
(1 Cor 15:42 NASB) So also is the resurrection of the
dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body;
(Luke 20:34-36 NASB) And Jesus said to them, "The sons
of this age marry and are given in marriage, 35 but those
who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from
the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage; 36 for
neither can they die anymore, for they are like angels, and are sons of God,
being sons of the resurrection.
(Heb 11:35 NASB) Women received back their dead by
resurrection; and others were tortured, not accepting their release, in order
that they might obtain a better resurrection
(Rev 20:5-6 NASB) The rest of the dead did not come to
life until the thousand years were completed. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first
resurrection; over these the second death has no power, but they will be
priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand
years
