There are 26 letters in the English alphabet, and each of those letters represents a quality, a characteristic the Lord possesses.

  1. is for Almighty. "I am God Almighty;" (Genesis 35:11NIV)

  2. is for Bless. "God blesses those people who depend only on him." (Matthew 5:3 CEV)

  3. is for Creator. "Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth." (Isaiah 40:28 NIV)

  4. is for Deliverer. "Sovereign Lord, my strong deliverer." (Psalm 140:7)

  5. is for Eternal. "The eternal God is your refuge, And underneath are the everlasting arms." (Deuteronomy 33:27 TLB)

  6. is for Faithful. "God is faithful." (1 Corinthians 1:9 NIV)

  7. is for Glorious. "You have set your glory in the heavens." (Psalm 8:1 NIV)

  8. is for Holy. "He is a holy God." (Joshua 24:19 NIV)

  9. is for Instruct. "Our Lord, you bless everyone that you instruct and teach by using your Law." (Psalm 94:12 CEV)

  10. is for Jealous. "He is a jealous God." (Joshua 24:19 NIV)

  11. is for Kind. "The Lord is "kind in all his works." (Psalm 145:17 ESV)

  12. is for loving kindness. "Oh, continue Your loving kindness to those who know You." (Psalm 36:10 NKJV)

  13. is for Merciful. "For the Lord your God is merciful—he will not abandon you nor destroy you nor forget the promises he has made to your ancestors." (Deuteronomy 4:31 TLB)

  14. is for Never tiring. "Indeed the very hairs of your head are all numbered." (Luke 12:7 AMP)

  15. is for Omniscient. "Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely." (Psalm 139:4 NIV)

  16. is for Patient. The Lord is patient toward you. (2 Peter 3:9)

  17. is for Quiet. "He will be quiet in His love." (Zeph. 3:17 NASB)

  18. is for Refuge. "God is a refuge for us." (Psalm 62:8 ESV)

  19. is for Sovereign. ”How great you are, Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears." (2 Samuel 7:22 NIV)

  20. is for Teacher. "Who are the people who have respect for the Lord? God will teach them the ways they should choose." (Psalm 25:12 NIRV)

  21. is for Unchanging. ”For I the Lord do not change." (Malachi 3:6 ESV)

  22. is for Victorious. "The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the Lord." (Proverbs 21:31 ESV)

  23. is Worthy. ”Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will, they existed and were created.“ (Revelation 4:11 ESV)

  24. is for eXalted. "The Lord is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens." (Psalm 113:4 NIV)

  25. is for Yahweh. ”I am Yahweh." (Exodus 6:2 NOB)

  26. is for Zealous. "… And I will be zealous for my holy name." (Ezekiel 39:25 NIV)
