2020-04-14 - The Napkin?
Simon Peter arrived after him, entered the tomb, observed the linen cloths lying there, and the kerchief used to cover his head not lying with the linen cloths but separate, neatly folded by itself. (John 20:6-7 MSG)
Is this significant? You bet. In Jewish tradition, when the Master rose from the table, if the napkin was wadded, it meant he was finished. If it was neatly folded, it meant he was coming back.
And so He has and is.
He's not the great "I was." He's still the great "I am."
H Happy Easter everyone!
Happy Easter!
