God's Promises, Part 2

You are Privileged

But I am like a sheltered olive tree protected by the Lord himself. I trust in the mercy of God forever and ever. Psalm 52:8 (TLB)

You are Rescued

But I will call upon the Lord to save me and he will. Psalm 55:16 (TLB)

Your Life Can Be Problem-Free

Give your burdens to the Lord. He will carry them. He will not permit the godly to slip or fall. Psalm 55:22 (TLB)

You are Watched Over

I will cry to the God of heaven who does such wonders for me. He will send down help from heaven to save me, because of his love and his faithfulness. He will rescue me from these liars who are so intent upon destroying me. Psalm 57:2-3 (TLB)

Lord, What a relief to know I can count on You. To be honest, there are things about today that I am not looking forward to doing. There is some comfort in the fact that You will be going through the day's events too. You want so many great things for me. I am ready to receive them all! No matter what people say or do, I will trust You. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
